1. Do you have honest and reputable shops you could recommend for repair or service?
With almost 20 years experience towing in the Denver metro area, we know the honest and reputable shops that people trust, and will gladly give a recommendation to one close to you.
2. What are your charges for towing? Hookup and mileage? Any labor or fuel surcharges?
Most towing companies have a hookup and a towed mileage fee. Any reputable towing company should be willing to give you those fees up front. There are some situations that would require additional charges, such as where a vehicle's suspension is broken, in which case special equipment and time is involved.
3. Flatbeds offer damage free towing. Do you offer flatbed towing?
Rush Towing offers all flatbed towing, minimizing any opportunity for damage to your vehicle.
4. Are your driver’s trained in proper towing techniques?
There are many 'fly by night' people who buy a truck and call themselves a tow company. With todays' vehicles, there is a lot to know to properly tow vehicles without damaging them. Our drivers are trained, courteous, uniformed, and professional, wanting to make an oftentimes stressful situation, more manageable.
5. Are you licensed and insured with the PUC (public utilities commission)?
Rush Towing is fully licensed and insured. If you find a 'cut rate' tow company, they probably have 'cut rate' insurance. Just like your home or car insurance, you hope you don't need to use them, but when you do, you want them to know that they're legitimate. Don't get caught in a situation where you would need to deal with an insurance issue and have the company you chose not have proper coverage or deal with you in an unethical manner. You get what you pay for.
6. Do you work with insurance companies?
Rush Towing has many agents across the Denver metro area that have been referring their customers to us for years. They trust our caliber of work and know that the towing charges are fair and honest. We do everything in our power to maintain that relationship because we value their trust and referrals.
7. How long have you been in business?
Rush Towing has been serving the Denver metro area since 1993. We look forward to earning your trust and your business.
